THE OBJECTIVE

In its eagerness to continue innovating, Aldimesa required a new building in Alicante, which would function as its central headquarters and point of origin to provide service to all its clients in the provinces of Alicante, Murcia, Albacete, Cuenca and Valencia.

A new sales and customer service area, in line with its philosophy and commitment to research, which would promote the wellbeing of its employees and would also include internal training areas in traumatology.

THE SOLUTION

Designed to respond to the needs of the company, this new corporate and product sales centre is understood as a space for innovation, based on and inspired by Biointegration. A concept that gives rise to its sculptural and minimalist architecture, based on the integration of 100% recyclable materials and living systems such as the area's own vegetation, which improves sustainability, efficiency and quality of life for its occupants .

To the outside, the white façade provides perimeter continuity to a building conceived from a bioclimatic approach and which adapts its distribution to patterns of orientation, solar control and natural ventilation. A strategy that is transferred to an interior of open and luminous spaces, high ceilings, glazed and mobile partitions, such as the 360º partitions, and large windows that allow one to enjoy the landscape from a healthy and inspiring environment, tinged in a luminous white colour and with details in the company's corporate blue tones and a striking mustard colour.

Nature floods the new headquarters, both through plants placed at strategic points and through the sinuous and fluid shapes of some of the lighting and furniture pieces chosen for the open soft seating area. Actiu has participated in this area with its Bend modular programme, with poufs and side tables that can be moved freely according to the needs of each moment, Noom armchairs for the most intimate corners, and Longo benches to add orthogonality.

Both in the open space of the operative area and in the wing reserved for the offices, clean-lined furniture has been chosen, with modular cupboards topped by planters that help to organise the space and add a natural touch, and Stay and Noom 50 chairs that guarantee ergonomic seating. To facilitate meetings between groups of different sizes, the office allows workers and clients to choose to sit in the area equipped with Prisma tables or the Tabula high tables, both of which are accompanied by chairs and stools from the Fluit collection.
